Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 1 - FINAL SALE & BRAND WARRANTY AND AFFILIATIONS  

All sales are final except in the very rare case of inauthenticity. Each item is purchased “AS IS”. While Carly Julia Sells Stuff provides a guarantee of authenticity, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee of workmanship on behalf of the brands sold on Carlyjuliasellsstuff.com. This includes all product defects such as uneven stitching and general brand quality. Most of the ultra luxury products sold on Carlyjuliasellsstuff.com are handmade by brand artisans and contain slight variations. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on our site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 

Moreover, Carly Julia Sells Stuff, LLC is not affiliated with any of the brands sold on Carlyjuliasellsstuff.com. Carly Julia Sells Stuff, LLC is in the business of buying and selling authentic luxury handbags and accessories. While its merchandise includes both store fresh and previously used items, all of our merchandise is deemed “preowned.” No items on carlyjuliasellsstuff.com were purchased directly in the boutique with the intention to resell. We are not affiliated or an official licensed boutique of the brands sold. 

SECTION 2 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING AND INSURANCE

Carly Julia Sells Stuff, LLC  is not responsible for packages lost during transit, nor for any weather-related damage or delays. Further, we are not responsible for shipments ordered to forwarding addresses. However, shipping insurance is required at checkout and is 1% of the total order price.

We are committed to helping you every step of the way with filing an insurance claim and/or following up with the shipping service in the event of a lost or delayed package.
