How do I know my bag is authentic?
All items sold on carlyjuliasellsstuff.com are 100% authentic - each and every item is meticulously inspected and authenticated by leading industry experts prior to shipment. Additionally, if you have a preference, CJSS can accommodate your preferred authenticator.
What are your payment methods?
I accept all major credit and debit cards for a 4% fee. This is not my fee, it’s the card processors.
Zelle, Wire, Paypal F&F, and Venmo are also accepted and do not incur the 4% fee.
I am a registered LLC business & follow all tax laws.
Do you accept payment plans?
Private payment plans without interest are available for select items. Please contact me to discuss options.
How do you ship?
Domestic purchases are shipped via UPS or FedEx with signature required.
International purchases are shipped via DHL, UPS, or FedEx with signature required.
Shipping/package protection insurance is required at checkout and is 1% of the total purchase price.
Do you offer returns?
No, all sales are final. However, I waive my commission fee when you are ready to re-home your luxury item.
How are your prices so good?
Small margins! I take smaller margins than the big guys to get you the best prices out there.
