How do I know my bag is authentic?

All items sold on carlyjuliasellsstuff.com are 100% authentic - each and every item is meticulously inspected and authenticated by leading industry experts prior to shipment.

What are your payment methods?

I accept all major credit and debit cards for a 4% fee. This is not my fee, it’s the card processors.
Zelle, Wire, Paypal F&F, and Venmo are also accepted and do not incur the 4% fee.
Affirm payment plans are also accepted. 

I am a registered LLC business & follow all tax laws.

Do you accept payment plans?

Affirm payment plans are available at checkout. 
Private payment plans without interest are also available for some items. Please contact me to discuss options.

How do you ship?

Domestic purchases are shipped via UPS or FedEx with signature required.
International purchases are shipped via DHL, UPS, or FedEx with signature required.

Shipping/package protection insurance is optional and available for an additional fee during checkout.

Do you offer returns?

No, all sales are final
However, I will help you resell for free when you are ready to rehome your luxury item.

How are your prices so good?

Small margins! When you see an item on my website, you can be assured that I’m only adding a very marginal fee in order to get you the most competitive price out there.

Buyout & Consignment

What are your consignment fees?

My consignment fee varies based on the price of the item. To get a personalized quote, please complete the short form on the SELL page. Once submitted, I'll be able to assess your item(s) and provide a competitive offer!

What is a buyout?

A buyout is when I offer to directly purchase your item(s) and issue payment within 72 hours of receiving, reviewing, and authenticating your item(s).
All item(s) sold to Carly Julia Sells Stuff as a buyout are final once payment has been issued.

What is consignment?

Consignment is when I list your item(s) on my platforms and pay you out when the item sells. I have two modes of consignment: traditional and middleman. 

Traditional consignment is when you ship me your item with a complimentary shipping label to professionally photograph and list on my website and social media platforms. When the item sells, you will receive payment within 72 hours via the payment method of your choice. 

Middleman consignment is when you keep your item with you and I list it on my social media platforms. When the item sells, you will be paid out when the buyer receives the item. The prospective buyer will pay the full amount prior to shipment, however, funds are not released to you until the item is delivered to the buyer. This is to ensure the safety of all parties.

What brands do you accept for consignment and/or buyout?

For buyout quotes, I accept the following brands: Hermes, Chanel, Van Cleef, & Cartier

For consignment, I accept any brand!

Upon finding the item(s) that fit your desired specifications, I will collect a deposit and the item will ship to me first for inspection.

If during my review the item is found to be ‘not as described’, the deposit is refunded. This situation is rare but it’s important to note that you are protected every step of the way in the sourcing process!
